  • Express Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the selected service

Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order ships
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
