We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All tags must be attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@embrovio.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

Submit a return request for the original item
Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
